Week 7 fantasy football is here, and several key fantasy players are dealing with injuries that could impact their availability and production. Hereβs the latest Week 7 injury news, return-to-play outlooks, and what fantasy managers need to know before setting their lineups.

Questionable Players | Week 7 Fantasy Football
Breece Hall | RB | New York Jets | Quad
After an extended absence, Hall returned to limited practice participation this week. The question remains if Hall does indeed return, what the workload split may entail? I do anticipate Hall will split work with fellow RB Braelon Allen as he slowly gets back into game shape.
Puka Nacua | WR | Los Angeles Rams | Calf
It has been a newsworthy season so far for the Rams Star wide out on the injury front. First a groin injury, and now a new calf issue. Late week injuries are usually a red flag, with a 4:25pm ET kickoff Nacua will likely come down to a game time decision and test out the calf during warmups. Have a pivot option ready!
Mike Washington Jr. | RB | Las Vegas Raiders | Foot/Back
The Raiders backup RB is a top tier handcuff to star teammate Jeanty. However, dealing with a back and foot issue throughout the week, the outlook for the running back is murky. If ruled out, expect a heavy dose of Jeanty against the Rams.
Saquon Barkley | RB | Philadelphia Eagles | Hamstring
Barkley has been hindered by a hamstring injury that has kept out the star back since Week 5. A reminder that soft tissue hamstring injuries have a very high re-injury rate. With the Eagles not playing until Monday night fantasy managers will want to keep a backup option ready.

Players Cleared to Play | Week 7 Fantasy Football
TJ Hockenson | TE | Minnesota Vikings | Concussion
After a concussion and a much needed bye week, the Vikings TE has cleared the NFL concussion protocol. I do not anticipate any limitations for Hockenson, fire him up with confidence.
Caleb Douglas | WR | Miami Dolphins | Ankle
Rookie third round Wide Receiver Douglas will make his return after an early season ankle injury. Skill players typically take several games to return to pre-injury form. Douglas should immediately return to the starting lineup, however.
Tank Dell | WR | Houston Texans | Knee
After a devastating knee injury in 2024, Dell is making his highly anticipated return. Dell suffered a severe multi-ligament knee injury. We have no clue what form of the young wide out we will see, his workload, and how we may fit into the now crowded Texans wide receiver room. Temper expectations early.
Baker Mayfield | QB | Tampa Bay Buccaneers | Thumb
A thumb dislocation has caused the Tampa Bay QB to miss three weeks. Coach Todd Bowles stated during the week that Mayfield looks ready to go. Although Mayfield returning to the Bucs lineup will give much needed juice to the offense, he will be without his top wide receiver in Emeka Egbuka.
Quinshon Judkins | RB | Cleveland Browns | Ankle
Missing last week’s game with an ankle injury Judkins returned to practice. It is noteworthy that this is the same ankle that Judkins fractured last season. While nowhere near as severe, ankle pain can interfere with cutting, accelerating and change of direction. But, with full practice I anticipate he should have no restrictions.
Adonai βADβ Mitchell | WR | New York Jets | Finger
Previously out with a finger fracture, AD Mitchell is said to be back to full strength. Finger fractures typically have no limitations once healed, the bigger question mark is how Mitchell fits into the offense now with fellow wideout Omar Cooper on the rise.
Christian Kirk | WR | San Francisco 49ers | Calf
I hoped you were able to scoop Kirk from last week’s IR watch. Evans and Deebo have already ruled out for week 7, Kirk could potentially get a heavy target share out of the gate for his first game as a 49er.

Players With High Re-injury Concerns | Week 7 Fantasy Football
Jonah Coleman | RB | Denver Broncos | Ankle
Broncos activate RB Coleman ahead of matchup vs. the Cardinals. As we’ve seen with Jeremiyah Love, these injuries can significantly affect a running back’s ability to accelerate, cut, and change direction. While activation suggests Coleman has progressed enough to return to the active roster, it does not guarantee that he’s back to full strength or ready for his usual workload.
Jordan Addison | WR | Minnesota Vikings | Hamstring
A common theme of the 2026 season, hamstring strains can have a wide range of timelines. However, for Addison the bye week allowed extra time to rest. And he is returning to the Vikings lineup. Addison is at an elevated risk for re-injury due to the nature of hamstring strains.
Dallas Goedert | TE | Philadelphia Eagles | Knee
Goedert may be the last man standing for the Eagles passing attack. An early season MCL sprain caused the tight end to miss three games. The concern here is that he tweaked his prior MCL injury in Week 6, and is at high risk heading into Week 7, despite being the likely main target for Tanner McKee.

IR Watch | Who Is Coming Back Soon?
Jordyn Tyson | WR | New Orleans Saints | Hamstring
Tyson has yet to make his 2026 debut for the Saints after reaggravation of a hamstring strain that impacted his pre-draft process. Tyson has not started practicing, but the Saints can open his practice window anytime. If the bench space is not an issue, I would not hesitate to claim Tyson before his ramp up begins.
Eli Stowers | TE | Philadelphia Eagles | Quad
With the 2026 season sinking fast, the Eagles may give Stowers some run soon after being out to begin the year with hamstring/quad injuries. With full practice this week, I would anticipate the Eagles will activate the rookie before Monday’s game.
James Conner | RB | Arizona Cardinals | Ankle
Conner remains on injured reserve while recovering from a serious ankle injury sustained last season. A Week 8 return has been listed as a possibility, but activation and game availability are not yet confirmed. For now, Conner is a speculative stash for managers with available IR or bench space, rather than a player to count on for an immediate workload.
As always, monitor the latest injury reports and inactive announcements leading up to kickoff, as situations can change quickly on game day. Make informed lineup decisions, have contingency plans ready, and stay ahead of the competition by keeping up with the latest injury news.
