- Hundley, Packers (repeat)
He is coming off of a bye and has a great matchup at home against the Lions. He didn’t look great against the Saints, but I’d expect Hundley to have fantasy production closer to the range of 15-16 points in this one.
- Chad Kelly, Broncos
It is time to start looking towards 2018, especially if you are out of the running for the playoffs this season. The troubled Ole Miss star and Mr. Irrelevant will likely get a chance to win this job in preseason next year. He is by far the most talented QB on their roster.
- Brock Osweiler, Broncos
Everything has come full circle. What a ride it has been for Brick Osweiler (shout out to the Fantasy Football Weekly guys for that nickname). There are rumors this week that Osweiler could start at Philadelphia in week 9. Even if he doesn’t start the game, Trevor Siemian should be on a short leash. Brick is worth an add in deeper leagues and SuperFlex.
- Rod Smith, Cowboys (repeat)
Ezekiel Elliott’s suspension has officially been upheld, and that opens the door for Smith to be fantasy relevant. If he pops in one of these first couple of games, I’d look to flip him for a 2nd round pick if you aren’t in dire need of running backs.
- Mack Brown, Vikings
Cut by the Redskins, Brown was claimed off waivers this week by the Vikings. He could be in for some carries if either Latavius Murray or Jerick McKinnon were to go down after they return from their bye week.
- Damien Williams, Dolphins
Jay Ajayi was shipped to the Eagles in a surprise move today. Everyone is saying that Kenyan Drake should be the main beneficiary, but I wouldn’t be so quick to anoint him. I don’t think either player will be more than bye week/injury fill-ins, but I think Williams is worth the stash if he ends up taking a majority of the between the tackles work. Drake reminds me of Dexter McCluster.
- Tre McBride, Bears (repeat)
6 of the Bears last 7 fantasy games this season after their bye week are favorable for fantasy wideouts. McBride nabbed 3 of 5 targets for 92 yards against the Saints in week 8. Expect this trend to continue.
- Dontrelle Inman, Bears
The Chargers shipped Inman to the Bears this week for a draft pick. Inman had a few flashes while with the Chargers but was never really able to fully capitalize on his opportunities. I like McBride better than him, but Inman should get plenty of chances and immediately step in as the starter across from McBride.
- Marcedes Lewis, Jaguars
It is feast or famine with Lewis, he needs a touchdown to get you any points. However, he gets a Bengals team this week that just gave up a monster day to Jack Doyle, and he gets to play them at home. Then in week 11, he gets the terrible Browns tight end defense. He is worth a start in those matchups if you are in a pinch.
