Hurts reportedly suffered this injury in the third quarter of Week 15, but he was able to play the rest of the game. I put Hurts at truly a 50/50 shot to play this week, as Philadelphia has the luxury of playing it safe. They have a nice lead on the #1 seed for the playoffs and don’t want to risk the re-injury of Hurts. On the other hand, Dallas is an important team to try and get a win from. There is a risk of further injury here, or if he plays, he could underperform. Not the situation fantasy managers wanted to be in following round 1. If I had to place my bet, I’d put it on him being active. In that case, I’d personally play him without hesitation, given his likely increased rushing.
Colt McCoy – Concussion, Week-to-Week
Availability for Week 16 depends on how he progresses through the protocol this week. Watch practice reports if you consider playing McCoy as a desperation play this week.
Ryan Tannehill – High Ankle Sprain, Week-to-Week
Tannehill returned in Week 15 and finished the game despite his ankle sprain. I also have him at a 50/50 chance to play this week. If he does play, I expect his mobility to be significantly impacted. If he doesn’t, we likely see Malik Willis and a heavy dose of Derrick Henry this week.
Jonathan Taylor – High Ankle Sprain, Likely Season Ending

Taylor exited Week 15 after his first touch and never returned. At this point, the Colts don’t have much to play for, so it stands to reason that Taylor could be shut down for the rest of the season. Not what fantasy managers were hoping for in the middle of the playoffs, but it may be better for him in the long term as he avoids unnecessary action. He should be 100% to start in 2023.
Tyler Lockett – Broken Hand, 3-4 Weeks

This is technically considered a broken finger, but the location of the break is more in hand itself. There hasn’t been a definitive timeline released yet, but two weeks is pretty optimistic. If Seattle were entirely out of the playoffs, I’d expect Lockett to be shut down for the rest of the season. Likely better to find other options.
