The Week 7 Waiver Wire & FAAB Guide is designed for deep dynasty leagues, highlighting under-the-radar players who could deliver immediate production or develop into valuable long-term assets. Whether you’re looking to fill a roster hole or add upside for the future, these are the players worth targeting in Week 7.

All rostership percentages are based on 12-team Superflex tight-end premium dynasty leagues. At the time of publication, every player featured was rostered in 50% or fewer of Sleeper dynasty leagues.

Week 7 Waiver Wire FAAB Guide

Below are our recommended FAAB bids for the top Week 7 waiver wire targets in 12-team Superflex dynasty leagues.

Week 7 Quarterback Waiver Wire Targets

Tyler Huntley | Baltimore Ravens | 47% Rostership | 5-7% FAAB

Tyler Huntley got the start once again for Baltimore in their Week 6 loss against the Cleveland Browns. Huntley completed 19-of-31 passes for 165 yards and one touchdown while also rushing for 28 yards. If Lamar Jackson is unable to return for Week 7, Huntley will once again get the start as Baltimore hosts the Cincinnati Bengals.

Joe Milton | Philadelphia Eagles | 40% Rostership | 3-5% FAAB

It appears this will be a lost season in Philadelphia. Jalen Hurts was placed on injured reserve due to a blood clot, and Philadelphia will need to see what they have in their quarterback room outside of Tanner McKee. Look for rookie Cole Payton and newly signed Joe Milton to get an opportunity to start in Philadelphia sometime this season.

Week 7 Running Back Waiver Wire Targets

Audric Estime | Cleveland Browns | 17% Rostership | 1-3% FAAB

With Quinshon Judkins out with an ankle injury, Audric Estime split the backfield carries, and Jaleel McLaughlin rushed for 19 yards on 9 carries while also finding the end zone. I would not break the bank to roster Estime, as Judkins was close to returning and Dylan Sampson was close to being activated from the injured reserve.

Tyler Goodson | Dallas Cowboys | 14% Rostership | 3-5% FAAB

Tyler Goodson is the RB2 in Dallas, and I stress weekly how valuable handcuffs are, especially to clear bell-cow backs like Javonte Williams. Goodson needs to be rostered.

Jawhar Jordan | Houston Texans | 3% Rostership | 3-5% FAAB

With David Montgomery out for Week 6, Jawhar Jordan served as the backup behind Woody Marks in Houston’s backfield. Jordan was productive in Week 6, rushing the ball 6 times for 43 yards and a touchdown. If Montgomery misses Week 7, Houston gets a good matchup against the New York Giants.

Corey Kiner | New England Patriots | 21% Rostership | 4-6% FAAB

Corey Kiner moved into the RB2 role for the New England Patriots. In the Patriots’ Week 6 win against the New York Jets, Kiner rushed for 57 yards on 11 carries and appeared to be the more efficient running back, as his teammates Rhamondre Stevenson had 36 yards on 14 carries and TreVeyon Henderson had 31 rushing yards on 7 carries.

Zonovan Knight | Arizona Cardinals | 5% Rostership | 2-4% FAAB

With Jeremiyah Love out of the Cardinals’ Week 6 matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, Zonovan Knight filled in nicely, splitting time with Tyler Allgeier. Knight finished the game with 15 carries for 80 yards and 2 catches for 18 yards. If Love is unable to play in Week 7, Knight gets a tough Denver Bronco defense.

Week 7 Wide Receiver Waiver Wire Targets

Jalen Brooks | Arizona Cardinals | 5% Rostership | 2-4% FAAB

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Jalen Brooks seems to be the biggest beneficiary of Marvin Harrison Jr. trade to the Texans. Brooks will now operate as the Cardinals’ WR3 and should be a roster consideration.

Brandin Cooks | San Francisco 49ers | 32% Rostership | 3-5% FAAB

The injuries keep piling up in San Francisco, making 33-year-old Brandin Cooks a deep waiver-wire add once again. Cooks had one catch in his team debut last week, but it was good for a seven-yard touchdown. With Deebo Samuel ruled out Monday Night against the Washington Commanders, Cooks should be the second option opposite Mike Evans in two-WR sets. Cooks will be my priority add at wide receiver.

Jahan Dotson | Atlanta Falcons | 28% Rostership | 2-4% FAAB

Jahan Dotson had a season-high 5 targets, catching 3 passes for 87 yards and 1 touchdown. Dotson has seen at least 3 targets in every game this season and has surpassed at least 54 receiving yards in the past 4 games. Atlanta has a tough matchup next week as they host the San Francisco 49ers.

KeAndre Lambert-Smith | Los Angeles Chargers | 14% Rostership | 2-5% FAAB

KeAndre Lambert-Smith made his 2026 debut after being on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. Lambert-Smith saw a team-high 10 targets, resulting in a modest 5 receptions for 32 receiving yards. With Ladd McConkey exiting the game due to a concussion, Lambert-Smith became the Chargers’ top receiving option. The Chargers are on a bye in Week 7.

Week 7 Tight End Waiver Wire Targets

Josh Cuevas | Baltimore Ravens | 5% Rostership | 1-3% FAAB

I am not totally sold on this, but my eyebrows are raised. Rookie Josh Cuevas from the University of Alabama out-targeted Mark Andrews in Baltimore’s loss to the Cleveland Browns and also found the end zone for the first time in his young career. I would not break the bank on this acquisition, but I would at least put in a claim for him if I needed some tight end help.

Colby Parkinson | Los Angeles Rams | 34% Rostership | 3-5% FAAB

It is always tough to decide who the Rams’ tight end option will be week to week. However, Colby Parkinson is below 50% rostership so pick your poison between him and Tyler Higbee. In Week 6, Parkinson was the top option, collecting 5 receptions on 6 targets for 31 yards and a touchdown.

Tommy Tremble | Carolina Panthers | 8% Rostership | 2-4% FAAB

Week 6 marked the 5th time this season that Tommy Tremble has seen at least 4 targets. Tremble had the best game of the season with 4 receptions for 46 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Darnell Washington | Pittsburgh Steelers | 44% Rostership | 3-5% FAAB

Pat Freiermuth left the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after being questionable all week with a calf injury. Rodgers immediately went to Darnell Washington for a touchdown score. The Steelers are incredibly thin at wide receiver, with Michael Pittman Jr., Roman Wilson, and Ben Skowronek all out with injuries. Washington could see an uptick in targets next week against the New Orleans Saints if Freiermuth misses time. At 6’7” 264 lbs, Washington is always a dangerous red-zone option.

Over 50% Rostered | Week 7 Fantasy Football

Other players who are great waiver wire additions but have over 50% rostership include: Keenan Allen, Kendrick Bourne, Jacoby Brissett, Darius Cooper, Jalon Daniels, DeMario Douglas, Evan Engram, Pat Freiermuth, Tyler Higbee, Justice Hill, George Holani, Roschon Johnson, Cooper Kupp, Michael Mayer, J.J. McCarthy, Seth McGowan, Tanner McKee, Jaleel McLaughlin, Kendre Miller, Keaton Mitchell, Jaylin Noel, Cade Otton, Dameon Pierce, Eli Raridon, Aaron Rodgers, Chris Rodriguez, Geno Smith, Mason Taylor, Tyrone Tracy, Kimani Vidal, Deshaun Watson
