Dynasty Stock Watch
Matthew Golden | WR | Trending Up
Second-year receiver Matthew Golden has taken a major step forward in the Packers offense, proving that elite speed can translate into consistent fantasy production. Golden leads Green Bay in targets and has recorded four games with over 95 receiving yards while commanding a 24% target share. He also ranks inside the top 15 in both targets per route run (TPRR) and yards per route run (YPRR), showing his growing importance in the passing game. While Josh Jacobs’ return could reduce passing volume, Golden has established himself as one of the Packers’ primary weapons alongside Christian Watson and Tucker Kraft. Dynasty managers should look to buy Golden now before his continued breakout pushes his value even higher.
Cam Skattebo | RB | Trending Down
Cam Skattebo’s zero-touch performance in Week 6 has dynasty managers concerned, as his previous fumble appears to have landed him in John Harbaugh’s doghouse. Skattebo has struggled this season, averaging just 3.5 yards per carry and 2.27 yards after contact per attempt (YACO), while still working his way back from a major injury in 2025. His remaining schedule and rumors of the Giants potentially trading for another running back could cause his dynasty value to fall even further. However, New York’s Week 9 bye could give Skattebo an opportunity to regain Harbaugh’s trust and earn a larger role in the offense. Multiple running backs have also been linked to the Giants as the trade deadline approaches, adding even more uncertainty to Skattebo’s dynasty outlook. Contending dynasty managers could consider buying low on Skattebo, but I wouldn’t aggressively pursue him given the uncertainty surrounding his future.

Stash/Buy Before Week 7
We shift our focus to some stashes and buys ahead of Week 7. We’ll highlight two waiver wire targets worth stashing who could gain value in the coming weeks, along with several buy-low candidates dynasty managers should look to acquire before the Week 7 games conclude.
Buys
Baker Mayfield | TB | QB
Baker Mayfield is on track to return in Week 7 after missing the last four weeks. He has a decent matchup against the Panthers, who rank in the bottom 15 in fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks. Mayfield also has the third-easiest remaining schedule this season. If he puts up solid numbers in Week 7, it could become harder to acquire him at a discount. Mayfield has all the weapons around him to bounce back and finish the season strong. Contending teams needing quarterback help should look to buy Mayfield before Week 7.
Ollie Gordon | MIA | RB
As a contending team looking for a one-year rental, Ollie Gordon continues to be a running back worth targeting. Yes, the Dolphins’ offense ranks near the bottom of the league in scoring, but Gordon has seen 44 carries over his last 3 games. He faces a Jets defense that ranks in the bottom 12 in fantasy points allowed to running backs, and Miami has historically played well at MetLife Stadium. Gordon also has the third-easiest remaining schedule for running backs, and his bye week is already behind him. I’m interested to see how this Dolphins offense looks coming out of the bye, making Gordon a worthwhile target before Week 7.
Jordan Mason | MIN | RB
Contending teams have another running back worth targeting before Week 7. Jordan Mason is returning from a thumb injury he suffered in Week 1. The Vikings’ backfield has been split pretty evenly, and the recent news that Aaron Jones is playing through a sprained MCL is eye-opening. Mason faces a Colts defense that ranks in the bottom 10 in fantasy points allowed to running backs. The Vikings also have the fourth-easiest remaining schedule this season, and their bye week is already behind them. Mason could provide low-end RB2 production for contending teams looking for running back depth.
Jaylin Noel | HOU | WR
If you believe in Jaylin Noel‘s talent and need some depth on your bench, he’s someone worth targeting before Week 7. Noel has scored over 10 fantasy points in three straight games and has carved out a significant role in the slot for the Texans. He faces a Giants defense this week that allows the fourth-most targets to slot receivers. Houston has an average remaining schedule, but with C.J. Stroud throwing over 30 times per game, Noel should continue to see opportunities. He could be a solid depth piece for contending teams looking for help at wide receiver.
Stashes
- Cole Payton – With uncertainty surrounding Tanner McKee’s ability to lead the offense for the rest of the season, Payton is a speculative stash who could benefit from a quarterback change.
- Zonovan Knight – With Jeremiyah Love out in Week 7, Knight showed more burst than Tyler Allgeier and could earn a larger role this week again.
- Jordan Watkins – If the 49ers decide to hold Mike Evans out until after their bye week, Watkins could see additional opportunities in the passing game.
- Laquon Treadwell – Treadwell continues to serve as the Colts’ deep threat, giving him some upside as a potential waiver wire stash.
- Deion Burks – The Colts moved Burks around the formation frequently in Week 6, which could be a sign that his snap count will increase in the coming weeks.
- Colbie Young – Coming off the bye week, Young could see an expanded role in the offense and is worth monitoring.
- Treylon Burks – With Terry McLaurin out for the season, Burks could have an opportunity to carve out a larger role in Washington’s passing attack.

Arch Manning | QB | Texas
Vs Ole Miss | 7:30p | Saturday, Oct. 24th
Texas quarterback Arch Manning has the Longhorns on a two-game losing streak right now. Manning has been inconsistent in his performances, which may be hurting his draft stock. Ole Miss has been average at best in the secondary this season, giving Manning an opportunity to bounce back. What we want to see from Manning this week is better decision-making, as he has held onto the ball too long, created unnecessary sacks, and committed turnovers in recent weeks. He needs to look like the quarterback everyone was so excited about before the season. Manning needs a strong performance against a top-ranked opponent to quiet the noise surrounding him and rebuild confidence in his draft stock.
Collin Dixon | WR | Illinois
Vs Oregon | 3:00p | Saturday, Oct. 24th
Collin Dixon is a receiver I really like this season. He is currently enjoying a breakout senior year, having already surpassed last season’s numbers just halfway through the year. Dixon also ranks in the top 15 in receiving yards and top three in touchdowns. He faces a tough Oregon secondary that currently ranks among the top three in the nation. Dixon was able to put up decent numbers against Ohio State a few weeks ago, but this matchup presents another test to see if he can maintain his high level of production against elite competition. Hopefully, he can continue producing with freshman quarterback Michael Clayton II under center. Dixon is definitely a player to watch in this game.
Amare Thomas | WR | Houston
@ Utah | 10:15p | Saturday, Oct. 24th
Houston receiver Amare Thomas is having a solid senior season. He showed out last week against Oklahoma State, finishing with over 100 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Now he faces a Utah defense that has excelled at breaking up passes and creating interceptions this year. What we want to see from Thomas this week is his ability to use his explosive playstyle to create separation against a lockdown secondary. The way Utah’s secondary plays will certainly test Thomas’ route-running ability and yards-after-catch talent.
Week 7 Dynasty Storyline
Germie Bernard — Is Pittsburgh finding its future WR1?
Germine Bernard put himself on the map in Week 6 with 11 receptions for 87 yards and a game-winning touchdown. Could he be the Steelers’ future WR1? Bernard is currently part of a crowded receiving room featuring DK Metcalf, Michael Pittman, and Roman Wilson, who was enjoying a breakout season. However, Metcalf and Pittman will both turn 30 next year and have potential outs in their contracts in 2027. Over the last two weeks, Bernard ranks third in yards after the catch (YAC) with 104 yards and has commanded a 25% target share, higher than Metcalf’s.
Bernard has a legitimate opportunity to become Pittsburgh’s WR1 in 2027 or, at the very least, by 2028. Coming out of college, he was known as a vertical threat who could line up at multiple positions while displaying smooth route-running ability. As a former second-round pick, he also has strong draft capital working in his favor. Bernard is a player dynasty managers should look to acquire and hold over the next few years because he has the potential to develop into a Jaxon Smith-Njigba-type receiver who eventually takes over an offense. Of course, having a capable quarterback will be important, and Pittsburgh’s long-term situation remains a mystery. The Steelers have a strong history of drafting talented receivers, and Bernard has shown with his increased playing time that he has the tools to become their WR1 of the future.
Harold Fannin Jr. — Is his role disappearing?
Second-year tight end Harold Fannin Jr. has seen his production disappear in recent weeks. Since Week 4, Fannin’s targets have declined each week, reaching a season-low three in Week 6. He has been inconsistent this season, with nearly as many disappointing performances as productive ones. Comparing his 2025 numbers to 2026, his target share has dropped from 25.5% to 17.2%. His first-read ranking has fallen from seventh to 19th, while his yards-after-catch ranking has also dropped from seventh to 19th.
The additions of Denzel Boston and KC Concepcion have taken a toll on Fannin’s target share and the production that made him so valuable last season. Three of his next four opponents currently rank among the 10 toughest defenses against fantasy tight ends. Under Deshaun Watson, the offense hasn’t looked Fannin’s way nearly as often, instead focusing more on the wide receivers. Unlike Colston Loveland in recent weeks and Tyler Warren this season, Fannin hasn’t taken that next step in his offensive role. However, it’s still a long season, and I’m not ready to let a six-game sample convince me that his role is disappearing for good. For rebuilding dynasty teams, Fannin is an excellent buy-low target right now, especially if frustrated managers are willing to move him at a discount.
